Über Ostern veranstaltete der Shogun Club im schönen Burgenland unter Leitung von Dr. BARANYAI einen außergewöhnlichen Lehrgang. Unsere Funakoshi-Teilnehmer waren Matthias Dülp, 5.Dan und Berny Meyer, 2.Dan von der Tatsu-Tora-Kai-Ju-Jitsu Abteilung des Vereins. Die Besonderheit des Lehrgangs vom 13.-19.04.2003 in Österreich wurde auch an den Themen deutlich: Spezial Techniken von OKINAWA MARTIAL ARTS und SAMBO, der russischen Kampfkunst, KUATSU - die Kunst der Wiederbelebung, KYUSHU - der praktische Gebrauch der vitalen Druckpunkte, Traditionelle, alte Samurai Techniken, inclusive der Anwendung von Waffen - Katana, Bo, Tonfa, Sai, Seil, etc. NIHON JU JITSU, verbunden mit Spezialanwendungen des AIKIDO und des Karate |

Shogun is a sportive club mainly exercising Nihon Ju Jitsu a traditional Japanese art of weaponless self defense. The objective of shogun is to enjoy the training of body, mind and perception. The members of shogun are proud to be embedded in the amazing world of Budo: The club is part of the Austrian Budo Federation (ABF), which is participant in the International Martial Arts Federation (IMAF) and the International Martial Arts Union (IMAU). |

Dr. Michael Baranyai founded shogun in Vienna, Austria, in December 1978, and since then he is the head of the international registered club. The Dojo of shogun is located at one of the gym rooms (KO2) at the Universitäts-Sportinstitut Wien (Sport Department of the University of Vienna). |

Hot-Spring Region. Pinkafeld itself offers an indoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis, squash, riding and facilities for ball games etc. |
